Since 2014, a significant part of my practice at the distillery has been custom distillation services for beverage industry clients. I primarily work with wineries and cideries to produce high-quality fortification brandy for dessert and aperitif wines, including vermouth, as well as beverage brandy for aging.
In addition to fruit spirits, I have also produced specialty spirits such as gin, absinthe, aquavit, and arak for other distilleries, as well as botanical spirits for flavor work and whiskey recipe trials. The products I develop and produce routinely win top industry awards.
I prefer to partner with producers who work with intention to create a high-quality spirit. I have a highly collaborative approach, and I believe the first step to a successful project is understanding your objectives and raw materials.
