A decadently perfumed tribute to two of my favorite things, plums and roses. Mirabelle plum brandy, distilled from biodynamic Oregon-grown plums, scented and flavored with rose syrup made by sugar enfleurage of homegrown unsprayed roses. A small amount of blue plum brandy and a distillation of plum pits fermented with rose petals adds some detail and backbone marzipan notes.
